RT Cares provides non-medical and medical support services, including elder care, home nursing, attendant care, and hospitalization assistance, as detailed on the website.

• Limitation: Services are subject to a formal written agreement (Care Service Agreement) signed by the client/authorized representative and RT Cares. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the Care Service Agreement shall prevail over these Website Terms.

3. Client and Care Recipient Responsibilities

The client and/or their representative agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the care recipient’s medical status and needs.
• Ensure a safe and suitable environment for our staff to deliver services.
• Cooperate with RT Cares staff and follow the agreed-upon care plan.
• Make timely payments for all services as outlined in the service agreement.

4. Fees and Payment

• Details regarding specific service fees, payment schedules (e.g., advance payment, monthly invoicing), taxes, and any applicable security deposits are defined in the separate Care Service Agreement.
• We reserve the right to change service rates with prior notice as specified in your Care Service Agreement.

5. Cancellations and Termination

• All commitments and expectations will be based solely on what has been mutually agreed upon through emails, conversations, and discussions. Terms related to service cancellation (by either the client or RT Cares), the required notice period (such as 30 days), and any applicable refund or forfeiture conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of engagement.
• We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if the client or care recipient’s environment poses an unacceptable safety risk to our staff, or for non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text and logo) is the property of RT Cares and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

RT Cares acts with reasonable skill and care in providing services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct by our staff. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific period during which the damages occurred.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
